Her visionary leadership provides a clear pathway for the company’s future, inspiring the 120 plus team members to elevate performance and adapt to market demands. Key initiatives she oversees include long-term planning, team building & talent development, financial management, and risk management. Tania practices ethical leadership to ensure the highest standards in all business practices.

As President, she is constantly prioritizing a customer-centric approach grounded by continuous learning and data-driven decision making that leads to long-term, sustainable results. Leading the Halloran way, she sets clear goals and drives optimal performance, achieving measurable results which is a hallmark of effective, servant leadership.
Tania has been at Halloran for more than 12 years, starting off as a contractor who provided accounting and back-office support before coming on full-time and growing into the role of Chief Financial Officer. In this role, she managed Halloran’s human resources, talent acquisition, accounting, finance, communications, and employee experience functions. She strives to build and maintain a culture at Halloran to attract and retain top talent and embodies Halloran’s core values of doing the right thing, having expertise with personality, showing mutual respect, and getting it done together.
Prior to joining Halloran, she held various roles in revenue accounting and ran her own consultancy practice.
