Jessica Fowler ASSOCIATE PRINCIPAL CONSULTANT, CLINICAL OPERATIONS

Jessica Fowler has more than 16 years of experience in research and development in roles that span across cross-functional program and project management, clinical development, and clinical operations. Jessica focuses on providing leadership and oversight for biotechnology and pharmaceutical client engagements, serving as a Clinical Operations Lead, Project Lead, and Subject Matter Expert, and also provides strategic and operational guidance in the development and execution of clinical programs. Additionally, Jessica helps facilitate continuous improvement by mapping processes, authoring and reviewing Standard Operating Procedures, and developing quality systems. At Halloran, Jessica has worked on programs and trials in therapeutic areas such as, Neurology, Hematology, Oncology, Otolaryngology, Gastroenterology, Urology, Dermatology and Respiratory. 

Prior to joining Halloran, Jessica was a Clinical Program Manager in Clinical Development at Allergan where she provided oversight for the execution of clinical programs, ensured scientific objectives were met throughout the lifecycle of a clinical program, and led inspection readiness activities. Prior to Allergan, Jessica was a Project Manager at ICON Central Laboratories and a Research Coordinator for industry- and investigator-sponsored trials at Weill Cornell Medical College.  

Jessica holds a BA in Biological Science from the University of Southern California.
