Rachelle has 25 years of experience in selling solutions at CROs to bio life sciences companies.

She has a wealth of expertise in selling large and complex clinical trials across all phases of and indictions. Rachelle brings wealth of knowledge and expertise regarding the complex sales process, selling to large and mid-size pharmaceutical companies.

Prior to joining Halloran, Rachelle held a Business Development role at Cardinal Health Regulatory Sciences where she focused on selling Regulatory activities, such as regulatory strategy, fast track, orphan indications, and novel therapies, Pre-IND activities and INTERACT meetings. In addition, Rachelle provided clients with services such as US Agent representation, CMC work, writing and reviewing INDs, Quality projects and Publishing and submission projects, as well as State Licensing and Registration projects. Her role included managing a top 10 Pharma company with FTE engagement models. Rachelle also brings experience in selling pharmacovigilance and case management.

 Rachelle joined Halloran in order to be part of a winning team, run by Brenda Coulter. Her work is meaningful to her because she wants to help to contribute to humanity through new drugs being developed to improve their quality of life. Before Halloran, she worked for Cardinal Health Regulatory Sciences in a business development role. She would like to be known as Halloran’s business development consultant, so head to her with any questions like who do I go to for helping this client with a new project, or help with Halloran’s current clients to help qualify their current regulatory needs. Her days include reaching out to potential new clients and following up with existing clients on current projects and expanding the business, and he looks forward to spending time with family after a good work out at the gym.

Bachelors of Business Administration in Marketing, from the University of Texas At Arlington, Arlington Texas
