THE HALLORAN STORY

In life science, every new therapy and device springs from the drive to improve human health. In 1998, Laurie Halloran realized that the life science companies she worked with needed senior-level expertise to navigate the regulatory, clinical, and operational challenges facing each stage of development.

Since its humble beginnings, Halloran has grown into a successful consultancy of experts who are dedicated to improving human health by making life science companies better at what they do. Halloran Headquarters is now located in the Boston waterfront neighborhood of Fort Point and is paired with our second office location in San Diego, CA. Halloran has over 100 employees across the country located in 20+ states. Halloran is also proud to be woman-owned and led by an executive team of all women.

We work with all sizes and stages of life science companies to achieve their goals and organizational milestones. Our reputation is founded on delivering outstanding results to every client every time. OUR FOUNDER

Laurie Halloran was a revered and beloved mentor and friend to hundreds of leaders across
the life science industry. As founder of Halloran Consulting Group, Laurie spent her
entire career dedicated to sharing best practices and know-how in life science to deliver
safe and effective products to patients.

Flexibility – Hybrid Way of Working

At Halloran, we have always embraced flexibility. In fact, when asked to describe life at Halloran, “flexibility” is the top word employees use. Employees’ in-office and remote designations are determined based on HR’s analysis of job duties and responsibilities as they relate to each job function so that in-office expectations are fair and consistent for each role. In-office expectations for your role, if applicable, will be made clear to you from the start of the interviewing process.

Our philosophy on flexibility centers around #YourDayYourWay. We trust our employees to create a schedule that works best for them, their clients, and their teams. This allows employees to meet their personal needs and the needs of loved ones, ensure projects move forward continuously, have space to focus deeply and design creative solutions, and take advantage of the hours when they are most productive. Of course, there are some work items that are not as easy to be flexible about, like time-sensitive deliverables or client obligations. That’s why it’s important for employees to take time when they can. Work often comes in waves, and we trust our employees to ride them.
