Brenda Coulter has over 20 years of experience in the clinical research and life science industry, having held various roles in business development, account management, proposal and contract management. She excels in consultative selling, with extensive expertise in account assessment, prospecting, lead development, client relationship building, bid defense preparation, and contract negotiation. Brenda has a proven track record in managing the entire sales pipeline, from lead qualification and solution development to contract finalization. Earlier in her career, she also coached, mentored, and managed teams of various sizes.
Before joining Halloran, Brenda was part of the specialty FSP (functional service provider) business development team at IQVIA. She focused on Global Regulatory Affairs and Consulting, Lifecycle Safety, and more recently, Medical Writing, Biostatistics, and Data Management. In this role, she managed opportunities from large pharmaceutical companies as well as mid-size and small biotechnology firms, with deal sizes ranging from $10k to $110m. Brenda was responsible for several key large pharma accounts and numerous mid-size and small biotechnology companies.
