With more than two decades of leadership experience in the pharmaceutical industry, Ricky has held senior commercial and strategic roles across leading organizations, including Cencora, PharmaLex, Radius Health, Noven, and Wyeth Pharmaceuticals. He has a proven track record of driving growth, improving profitability, and building high-performing teams, including managing large, multi-level organizations and leading successful product launches and market expansions.

Ricky is recognized for his ability to align scientific, regulatory, and commercial strategies to advance innovative therapies from development through commercialization. His leadership combines deep industry expertise with a results-driven approach, enabling clients and organizations to navigate complex regulatory environments and achieve sustained market success.

Ricky holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Union University in Microbiology.
