Michael Flatley has more than 20 years of experience in clinical study project management and clinical development. He is skilled at creating and maintaining budgets, and timelines, and operationalizing clinical operations plans. Michael has experience with both medical device and drug development, working on a broad range of early and late-phase clinical programs. He has provided program-level oversight across multiple projects with extensive experience managing CROs and vendors. Michael’s therapeutic areas of focus include oncology, MSK, CNS, and cardiology.
Before joining Halloran, Michael worked at Quintiles, where he worked in Clinical Project Management across multiple clinical programs. Before that, Michael spent eight years at PAREXEL, holding a series of progressive positions within Medical Imaging. At PAREXEL, he was responsible for directing and supervising the medical imaging component of hundreds of clinical studies. Michael spent four years at the Brigham & Women’s Hospital Angiographic Core Laboratory as the Administrative Director. Michael started his career at Harvard Clinical Research Institute with a focus on project management.
Michael earned a Bachelor of Arts in Religious Studies and Pre-Medical Studies from the College of the Holy Cross. He has also obtained a certificate in Project Management from Worcester Polytechnic Institute as well as a LEAN Six Sigma Yellow Belt at PAREXEL.
