Eric Moss has more than 25 years of experience in strategic planning, decision analysis, and portfolio management. He is adept at facilitating cross-functional teams through evaluating and formulating recommendations on internal pipeline investments, business development, portfolio prioritization, and other critical strategic decisions. His skill base comprises strategic and analytical competencies complemented by a pragmatic and collaborative approach including thought partnership, facilitation, and communications with senior executive leadership. He’s an expert in scenario planning, deploying probabilistic financial modeling, decision trees, Monte Carlo simulation, and other analytical approaches to highlight risks and tradeoffs.
Before joining Halloran, Eric worked at Pfizer in the Portfolio & Decision Analysis (PDA) Group. While at Pfizer Eric led important strategic initiatives such as asset valuation, portfolio prioritization, late-stage decision points, asset strategies, lifecycle strategies, and therapeutic area strategies. He has worked in multiple therapeutic areas such as Oncology, Pain, and Women’s Health providing strategic support from pre-POC through launch.
