Angela Snowden is an accomplished business operations and project excellence leader with more than 35 years of experience leading operational strategy, delivery governance, and cross-functional transformation across healthcare consulting, life sciences, medical device, pharmaceutical, and professional services organizations. She has built a distinguished career guiding complex, matrixed teams through enterprise growth, acquisition integration, ERP adoption, PMO maturity, process standardization, and performance improvement initiatives that strengthen accountability, scalability, and business results.
Before joining ProductLife Group, Angela served as a Senior Director of Project Excellence and Business Operations at Cencora’s Global Consulting Services organization. In this role, she led global operational initiatives supporting consulting services, service quality, resource coordination, executive reporting, and enterprise-wide process alignment.
Known for her collaborative leadership style, Angela partners effectively with executive leaders and cross-functional teams across Finance, HR, IT, Sales, Contracts, and client-facing functions. She is recognized for bringing structure to complexity, aligning stakeholders, and building scalable processes that enable teams to perform at a higher level.
Angela’s professional development includes leadership training in team management, strategic decision-making, matrixed leadership, change management, and executive presence. She has also held former certifications as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) and completed the Principles of Market Research Certification through the University of Georgia.
