Amanda Daley has more than 12 years of experience in project management, operations, and clinical research management. Her primary areas of expertise include managing large and complex projects; process development, mapping, and review; organizational and procedural gap analysis; and the creation, implementation, and evaluation of effective solutions. In addition, Amanda has extensive experience in clinical trial execution in a variety of therapeutic areas.
Before joining Halloran, Amanda worked at Ocular Therapeutix as a Clinical Operations Specialist where she worked cross-functionally to understand organizational needs, perform regular gap analyses, and assemble and facilitate process improvement working groups to shorten project timelines, increase performance and profitability, and reduce overall stress. Additionally, as needed, Amanda acted as a member of the Sales and Marketing team to train and educate physicians on product use primarily in the Operating Room environment. Before Ocular Therapeutix, Amanda worked at the TIMI Study Group at Brigham and Women’s Hospital.
